Time again for our annual Staff versus Students Football game.. and with the staff holding the crown currently, it was all to play for.
Saturday May the Fourth saw see the second annual Academy Calling Music Festival take place on the Furness Academy fields. After the success of last year’s festival, the popular youth talent focused festival was back.
You Bring the Band is a lottery funded project offered that has been running over the last 12 weeks at Furness Academy and St Bernard’s Catholic School. Described as an exciting, inclusive music sessions for kids and adults, YBTB brings the studio to the schools and teach each participant to play and be the stars!
