Family Fortunes- Human Rights01-Mar-2017
Our Year 10 Assembly a couple of weeks ago focused on how we should celebrate all the things that make us different from each other.
In true Mr Riley fashion, we played a classic game of Family Fortunes, staff versus students, with a bag of Haribo at stake. Teams were tasked with naming characteristics which make us different and individual. We had great answers like race, gender, size, weight but also those features that cannot be seen such as sexuality and personality.
Sadly, the teachers won the game and the haribo but very graciously donated their prize to the student team :)
